Gluten Free Baking

I just made these “puddings” for dessert tomorrow night as we’re having guests over. They came out of the oven looking just like they do in the photo and smell delicious! I used 3 TBSP. butter as the conversion from grams. -All other measurements as stated. I also used lite coconut milk. The folding-in of the egg whites took a little time – be patient.
