Wednesday:  Pork Chops with Cherry Sauce and Roasted Broccoli Pasta Salad – New!

Thursday:  Crunchy Buffalo Chicken Tenders with Chinese Celery Cabbage and Blue Cheese Salad

Friday:  Leftovers

Grocery Shopping List:  (Scratch items you already have in stock off the list.)

  • a garlic bulb
  • ginger
  • 3 or 4 crowns of fresh broccoli
  • 2 large red bell peppers
  • 1 large green bell pepper
  • Chinese celery cabbage
  • celery
  • 1 jalapeño
  • 3 red onions
  • 1 Bartlett pear
  • walnut halves
  • dried tart cherries (enough for 2/3 cup, chopped)
  • 1 (14 oz.) package extra-firm water-packed tofu
  • 1 lb. of bulk pork breakfast sausage (I used the kind that has sage added to it.)
  • 4 or 5 1″ thick boneless pork loin chops
  • 1 1/2 lbs. chicken tenders or boneless, skinless breasts
  • colby jack cheese, shredded  (or cheddar etc.)
  • mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 2 – 4 oz. blue cheese crumbles
  • 4 oz. of crumbled feta cheese
  • butter
  • eggs
  • 1 (8 oz.) can of refrigerated crescent rolls
  • rice wine vinegar
  • ketchup
  • lite soy sauce
  • canola oil
  • jasmine rice
  • hot sauce
  • salt and pepper
  • reduced-sodium chicken broth
  • orange marmalade
  • 1 (20 oz.) can of pineapple chunks or tidbits, packed in juice
  • honey
  • balsamic vinegar
  • red pepper flakes
  • cooking spray
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • Canola oil
  • light ranch dressing
  • a bottle of Ken’s Zesty Italian Dressing
  • rings of banana peppers
  • rigatoni
  • brown sugar
  • panko bread crumbs
  • cornstarch
  • unbleached, sifted, all purpose flour
  • sugar
  • frozen shredded hash brown potatoes
